This set is awesome! I realy like the launching missles. It's realy cool how the ship has so much inside! Here are the pros and cons. pros: mace windu,missles,l- ots of room inside,clone pilot. Cons: win
-gs fall apart when your biulding them,needs 1 or 2 driods to shoot,price. The best thing about this set is Mace Windu! His purple-bladed light saber is cool. It's so awesome how you can store the weapons inside the ship! In most lego star wars ships you can only fit 1 person in the cockpit,but in this set you can fit 2!It's cool how the missles can shoot pretty far. I recomend this set to any lego starwars FAN!

I just bought this for my son who is a Lego and Clone Wars fan. I had to build it for him since he is still too young for the tougher projects. He seems to like it, mainly because its not as heavy as the Republic Gunship that he got for Christmas. (He can hardly lift that one).

Pros:
Includes a pilot trooper, which goes well with the Gunship set, as well as another clone trooper and new Mace Windu figure with purple saber.
The wings fold up for landing.

Cons:
Not enough figures with this set for the price.
Unlike the Republic Gunship set, this only realistically holds three people - two pilots and a passenger. Not quite what you expect from a 'shuttle'.
It looks like the shuttle from the movie, but the scale for the cockpit area is too small; their is no room for the front loading door or extra passengers like in the movie.
The flick firing missiles and mechanism in the cover take away from storage space that can be used for more troopers.

Recommendations:
Once built, remove the entire mechanism that launches the flick missiles. Cover up the hole in the bottom with a flat 2x8 plate and add two more seats to the storage area in a strait line. Do this and the lid will close with the extra figures in place. My son doesn't care for the flick missiles anyway, and he loves the extra storage I made for his troops.

I bought this for my grandson, Nikolaus, for his 9th birthday. But, it was his big brother Chris, who found more enjoyment. He spent the entire day it arrived, putting it together, taking it apart and putting it back together. This may not seem very special or noteworthy to most people;, but, for a boy who is mildly autistic & has ADDHD, it is totally phenominal. I'll buy as many as he wants. It teaches him structure, reading, following instructions & how to have fun.
